Rabies Virus Antibody Colloidal Gold Rapid Test
The rabies virus (RBV) antibody detection test (colloidal gold method) adopts the blocking immunochromatography technology to detect the rabies virus antibody in the serum of cats, dogs and other animals. The neutralization reaction tube contains rabies virus antigen. After the serum to be tested is added to the neutralization reaction tube and left to stand, if the rabies virus antibody titer in the sample is lower than 1IU/mL, the rabies virus antigen in the reaction tube cannot be completely neutralized. Dilute the mixture and add it to the sample well. The colloidal gold-labeled rabies virus antibody on the binding pad combines with the rabies virus to form an antigen-antibody complex, which moves along the chromatographic membrane together, and then combines with the detected rabies virus antibody to display wine red. When the rabies virus antibody titer reaches or exceeds 1IU/mL, it can completely neutralize the rabies virus antigen in the reaction tube, and no color reaction will occur.
